I'd always been embarrassed with my floors, especially as they were a mixture of both light and dark brown, so they looked really shabby. When I contacted you, I explained my concerns and said that I wanted an excellent-looking dining room floor that was all one colour! After the staining process was completed, I was told in full about when I could move my furniture back into my dining room, and how best to care for my new floor. This was very helpful, especially as I had to put a lot of furniture into storage whilst you stained my floorboards. Not only did your hard work benefit my floorboards, but you saved me money as well because I didn't have to pay for more storage than I had to."
